What You’ll Do During your ten-week internship in our London office, you will gain exposure to a variety of activities, which may include: • Working alongside a portfolio manager and team of analysts to explore and implement AI and machine learning applications within the team’s investment strategy • Developing quantitative insights to aid the investment team in generating investment ideas • Creating tools and infrastructure to support and enhance the team’s quantitative efforts • Integrating and processing Compliance-approved data What's Required • Pursuit of a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (computer science, math, engineering), with an expected graduation date of Autumn/Fall 2025 or later • Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (with an emphasis on Pandas, PySpark, etc.) • Interest in Generative AI technology • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Commitment to the highest ethical standards Fall Internship Program at Point72 In addition to the learning and development you’ll receive in your day-to-day role with your team, as a part of our fall internship program you will: • Receive close mentorship from investing and technical professionals • Get hands-on access to best-in-class tools and resources • Gain exposure to groups and functions with unique responsibilities and perspectives on our industry • Develop technical, writing, and presentation skills About Point72 Point72 Asset Management is a global firm led by Steven Cohen that invests in multiple asset classes and strategies worldwide.
