WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Talent Acquisition
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including the development & implementation of TA strategies that are aligned with organisational goals and workforce planning.
- Leverage data and analytics to assess sourcing channels, optimise reach, reduce time-to-hire, and to improve the overall hiring & onboarding experience.
- Strengthen and promote our employer brand, while expanding our employer network to ensure that we have a strong talent pipeline.
- Track and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of TA solutions, including ways to better evaluate candidates, and measure outcomes.
- Own the governance of processes, policies, and compliance to SLA, ensuring that we’re hiring the right people, at the right time.
Talent Development
- Use data to identify & manage development trends for high-potential employees and emerging leaders, monitor retention, and measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition and development initiatives – tailored to align with business objectives and individual goals.
- Work with managers to identify potential leaders and provide guidance on career development, skill-building, and succession planning.
- Develop programmes and solutions focused on leadership, professional skills, and personal growth to support advancement.
- Partner with HoDs and managers to track individual growth, evaluate & report on the impact of development initiatives, as well as build a feedback-rich culture, supporting continuous development through constructive performance reviews.
- Actively collaborate on HR projects with multiple verticals in the department and organisation.
WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, job boards/platforms, as well as proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics.
- The ability to work through ambiguity, adapt to changing priorities and needs, while handling multiple tasks with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to strike a balance between business goals and people’s needs.
- Ability to execute on present challenges with a forward-thinking mindset to prepare for scale in the future.
- Expertise in building trusting relationships with employees at all levels.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
- A strong command of the English language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An incredible desire for accuracy and detail-orientedness.
- The ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
