Responsibilities

Acting as the primary point of contact for all new clinical hires and own clinical onboarding operations
Documenting progress and blockers to achieving onboarding goals and timelines
Owning user access, assignments, and automations for LMS
Moderating and facilitating training meetings and supporting knowledge management
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities
