Senior Product Designer

Pomelo, a financial technology platform, is looking for a Senior Product Designer to create wonderful experiences that unify user needs and business outcomes.

Skills

Outstanding portfolio showcasing knowledge in user experience, interaction, and visual/UI design for consumer products
Experience in designing user-facing fintech products
Ability to drive research and use qualitative and quantitative data to make good design decisions
Strong leadership, team mindset, and communication skills

Responsibilities

Think holistically about complex systems, empathize with users, and understand business goals to create insightful, compelling, effective, and delightful consumer experiences.
Create and validate designs through sketches, prototypes, and testing, determine the information architecture and flow for product features, and work with colleagues to ensure quality implementation and user experience.
Help build and maintain design systems, advocate for scalable design solutions, and champion design culture and processes.
Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, growth marketers, and analysts to identify and prioritize impactful experiences.

Education

B.A/B.S. in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field/equivalent experience
