Starting Salary: $17.00 per hour
Hours of Work: Two shifts available per campus (9am-1pm and 3pm-8pm ) at Cascade, Sylvania, Rock Creek and Southeast 4 to 5 days a week, 16-20 hours per week. Maximum of 599 hours per school year. Scheduled breaks and summers off.

High School diploma or equivalenPhysical Requirements: This position requires the ability to operate standard office machines and the ability to stand and walk for long periods in all types of weather. Occasional lifting, guiding and/or carrying of medium materials may be required.
Work Environment: Work is performed both indoors and outside in various types of weather. Uses a variety of office software applications. Work pressure, disturbances of work flow, and/or irregularities in work schedule are expected and occur on an intermittent basis. This is a journey level position where incumbents work independently under general supervision and is not a Public Safety position.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), you may view Portland Community College’s (PCC) most recent Annual Security Report (ASR) on the Department of Public Safety website. The ASR contains current security and safety-related policy disclosure statements, emergency preparedness and evacuation information, crime prevention and sexual assault prevention information and resources, and drug and alcohol prevention programming. The ASR also contains crime statistics for Clery Act crimes which occurred on PCC properties for the last three calendar years. Paper copies of the ASR are available upon request at all Department of Public Safety offices.
