The ideal candidate is a creative and analytical thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies including social media, email and web properties.Responsibilities• Develops and implements comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.• Manages and optimizes online marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.• Conducts keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.• Plans, creates and schedules engaging content for various digital platforms (website, blogs, social media).• Builds and maintains strong organic and paid social media presence across multiple platforms including reputation and community management.• Analyzes web traffic and user behavior to optimize user experience and conversion rates.• Tracks, measures, and reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools.• Stays up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.• Collaborates with design, sales, and other teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity.• Creates/manages sales center listings/digital presence and manage agency partner.• Manages brand social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube.• Plans, builds and schedules emails, manages audiences and segments, creates journeys, and multivariate tests.• Collaborates with agencies and other partners as needed.• Other duties as assigned.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.• Strong reporting/analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Clarity, ContentSquare, SEMRush, etc.• Experience using SEO, SEM, social media, content creation and email marketing platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Uberall, MailChimp, Sprout Social, HeyOrca, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong project management and organizational abilities.• Experience with content management systems (CMS), graphic design tools and MarTech platforms.• Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript a plus.Bilingual, Military, Military Spouses and Veteran applicants are strongly encouraged to apply!
