Description:
The Population Health Analyst serves as the subject matter expert on population health solutions to meet data and reporting needs of stakeholders.
This includes understanding value-based use cases and business context to deliver the appropriate data or direct end-users to the appropriate population health solution.
They leverage a variety of available population health solutions to meet various needs of the population health services organization, including preparing and analyzing reports related to purchased services, provider network, and contract performance, among others.
They are entrusted with ensuring accuracy of reporting and supporting custom data visualization requests through Tableau and Excel as needed.
Proficiency in Excel with experience in Tableau is required.
Bachelors degree in Health Informatics, Statistics, Economics, Business or Related Field is required.
Two to four (2-4) years of experience with reporting is required, with preference given to experience in healthcare, ACOs, or value-based care environments.
