Porsche Service Receptionist

Jack Daniels Porsche Service is looking for a professional, organized and upbeat individual with great "people" skills to work for our prestigious organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls and creating service appointments

• Welcomes visitors by greeting them warmly in person and over the telephone

• Receipting payments

• Maintains safe and clean reception area and comply with Privacy Laws

• Make our customer happy and have them keep coming back

Skills/Qualifications:

Customer Service call center experience, telephone skills, verbal and non verbal skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Organization, Informing Others, Handles Pressure, Phone Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
