About the Role |
Manage the PATH Transportation Analysis group to ensure compliance with the monthly work schedule. Manage the Assignment Coordinator group to ensure FRA compliance and adequate work performance. Implement a construction project schedule that will layout all upcoming projects and will ensure alignment with the submitted budgeted man-hours. Manage the HASTUS database (current being updated). Ensure usage of all aspects of the software. Implementing training for the Transportation Analysis group and Supervisor of Assignments. Continuous monitoring of the PATH ridership in the field for trends. Utilizing performance metrics to manage the scheduling process for both construction schedules and passenger train schedules. Review and evaluate passenger train schedules prior to their implementation. Oversee the job bidding process. |
