The DESKTOP Support Specialists will provide technical support in a hybrid work environment.
Skills
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Okta
- Network support knowledge
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Excellent customer service skills
- Detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer support tickets promptly
- Diagnose and resolve software & hardware support problems
- Setup and maintain IT assets
- Collaborate with IT Manager on stock management
- Create user training documentation
Education
- Technical degree or certification preferred
