Responsibilities

  • Train, coach, and develop the sales team
  • Mentor Outside Sales Representatives to exceed sales goals
  • Conduct weekly in-person sales meetings
  • Promote effective sales techniques and monitor performance
  • Generate and track sales reports
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams
  • Manage administrative sales processes

Education

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 years sales management experience
