Training Specialist - Customer Experience

Skills

• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Experience in customer service or learning and development
• Ability to analyze data and drive measurable results
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite
• Experience with SFDC is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver role-focused curricula for various topics within the Customer Care and Collections department
• Run webinars and in-person training sessions
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure learning and development needs are met
• Design eLearning and training content for knowledge transfer
• Set performance goals and metrics for training objectives

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Training, Organizational Development, or similar disciplines preferred
