A day in the life:


  • The role of an Integrated Content Marketing Strategist involves crafting and executing cohesive integrated content strategies that align with the client's key performance indicators (KPIs). This strategist spearheads the content strategy process from strategic ideation to production for a variety of content frameworks, including engagement-based blog articles, web copy, sales landing pages, lead magnets, sales enablement, and more. The strategist delivers superior quality content as well as assesses the effectiveness of the completed work in measuring and reporting on performance to the client’s goals. They are a problem solver who can evaluate shifts in the Integrated Content landscape and adapt their strategies accordingly. The Integrated Content Marketing Strategist also seeks opportunities to integrate their efforts across other channels for a unified cross-channel strategy


Responsibilities:


  • Enhance and optimize business operations through the deployment of AI technologies
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem to benefit your department's objectives
  • Ensure timely delivery of all Integrated Content workflows, maintaining 100% adherence to Power Digital's processes weekly (Asana, Slack, Hourstack, 15Five, etc.)
  • Proactively share strategic insights and relevant updates with both internal and client teams
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in Integrated Content, and educate clients on recommended actions and future steps
  • Strategically plan and communicate effective Integrated Content strategies tailored to meet client goals, and report on their impact during monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Independently manage client accounts with minimal need for senior support, ensuring comprehensive coverage
  • Execute at least 90% of Integrated Content deliverables with high accuracy (little to no errors)
  • Proactively seek and apply strategic improvements to enhance client outcomes within Integrated Content
  • Work collaboratively with internal and client teams to create Integrated Content strategy roadmaps that align with client goals and objectives


Role Requirements:


  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an Integrated Content Marketing based role with client facing experience.
  • Familiarity and proficiency in data analysis and data visualization utilizing tools such as (but not limited to): SEMRush, ChatGPT, GA4, Figma or Unbounce
  • Foundational understanding of Integrated Content strategy for engagement based content, lead magnets, sales enablement material, premium content, brand website copy, sales or conversion-focused landing pages, with a focus on aligning with business goals and priorities
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills for strategy planning, task delegation, and reviewing deliverables
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving in both client-facing and internal situations, showcasing a collaborative and strategic mindset
  • Strong presentation skills for effectively communicating insights and recommendations, with the ability to adapt Integrated Content storytelling for various audiences

  • Hit RPE success metric ($26k) 
  • Below 10% Client Churn Rate
  • Range of the number of accounts (12-15)

  • Literacy of the full marketing funnel and the role of Integrated Content plays within it
  • Facilitation of Integrated Content production and strategic planning to foster and sustain impactful relationships with clients
  • Capability to adjust strategies and revise goals as necessary to scale client business growth
  • Consistent maintenance of professional communication and presentation skills, both internally and externally, accompanied by robust problem-solving capabilities
