As a Procurement Analyst, your primary focus includes supplier and project database development, process standardization about preferred suppliers for equipment and services, and reporting Indicators. Additional responsibilities include reporting activities related to leading category management analyses and enhancements, market research enablement, and feedstock understanding. You will work with... category managers, the procurement leadership team, procurement business analysts, data scientists, and strategic personnel. You will report directly to the Global Procurement Analytics Manager.
Main Responsibilities.
· Develop a supplier and project database for CAPEX projects.
· Enable and support standardization through preferred supplier lists by equipment and service type.
· Work towards more strategic activities throughout the development phase, enable the category managers to plan through data and market research.
· Identify areas of improvement, develop improvement plans, promote change management.
· · Develop, maintain, and report metrics in coordination with Global CAPEX Category Manager and Business Units.
Qualifications.
· +2 years previous analytics, technical, project management, or procurement experience.
· Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related field of study.
· Advanced English skills.
· Power BI experience.
