As the Business Analysis Specialist, you will become business, function, or process specialists and can be technology generalists or specialists. You are recognized as an expert in their area of concentration and possess leadership and project management skills. You will communicate both ideas and risk verbally and written, in a positive manner to all levels. Effective in communicating status both internally and externally and to all levels of management. You demonstrate confidence to confirm understanding of deliverables and negotiate. You promote process change and create new processes within the department. You will participate in organizational process creation and policy development is completed at the operational level.Key Responsibilities• Coordinate implementations for MES (GE MES) for Sites based in US and Europe.• Ensure project coordination with external vendors, diverse IT teams and business.• Project follow up and management• Participate in requirements gathering, configuration and process design sessions.• Knowledge of practices, policies, and procedures in their area. Varied responsibilities with moderately complex independent analysis,• Technical skills to support user requests independently with standard tools if available• Skills to evaluate alternative approaches and to recommend the most feasible and economical solutions• Solid technical knowledge and complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business• Networks with other PPG Analysts to understand how IT solutions are deployed in other areas to solve business problems• Demonstrate flexibility to develop effective working relationships across a diverse team of functional, technical, and business partnersQualifications• A four-year degree or higher in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemistry, a related discipline or equivalent experience• Minimum of 12 years of IT or a related discipline experience• Must have a strong systems and process orientation• Must be comfortable working remotely using primarily virtual means of collaborating with colleagues and managers• Track record of participation on IT project teamsLe fasce retributive e i benefit di PPG possono variare in base alla località, il che ci consente di retribuire i dipendenti in modo competitivo in diversi mercati geografici.
