Ist ein führendes Unternehmen im Food-Tech-Bereich. In der Rolle als Head of Retail übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Steuerung der Retail-Strategie. Als direktes Mitglied des Management-Teams, spielst du eine Schlüsselrolle im Unternehmen. Dein Fokus liegt auf der Führung eines Teams, das Partnerschaften mit großen und kleinen Einzelhändlern im gesamten Land aufbaut. Dein Hauptziel ist es, den Retail-Bereich nachhaltig zu stärken und auszubauen.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

  • Strategische Verantwortung: Leitung und Ausbau des Bereichs Retail

  • Teamführung: Aufbau und Leitung eines leistungsstarken Teams, Festlegung von Erwartungen und Bereitstellung von Unterstützung zur Zielerreichung

  • Partnerschaftsentwicklung: Aufbau starker Beziehungen zu Schlüsselpartnern und Umsetzung proaktiver und für beide Seiten vorteilhafter Strategien

  • Performance-Management: Festlegung von KPIs, Verfolgung der Leistung und regelmäßige Berichterstattung von umsetzbaren Erkenntnissen an die Geschäftsleitung

Was bringst du mit?

  • Mindestens 8-10 Jahre Erfahrung im zB Vertrieb, Category Management oder Strategie-Bereich, idealerweise in relevanten Retail oder eCommerce Branchen. Erfahrung im Bereich Einzelhandel wäre ein starkes Plus.

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Teamleitung

  • Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management auf allen Ebenen, sowohl intern als auch extern

  • Hervorragende mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen prägnant zu vermitteln

  • Hohe Energie, Eigenständigkeit und Belastbarkeit

  • Datengetriebene Entscheidungsfähigkeit, Nutzung von Erkenntnissen zur Strategieentwicklung

  • Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
