Description

A PRA Division Order Support Analyst is responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure Division Order and Revenue are supported effectively; systems are set up efficiently and accurately to minimize manual work while delivering correct and timely financial results, owner payments, and reporting obligations. The role must be able to adapt to the dynamic environment of Oil and Gas accounting.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Participate in or lead group wide initiatives
  • Explore Data Analytics opportunities
  • Participate in continuous System improvements
  • Participate in Robotics / Automation
  • Analyze and interpret accounting for acquisitions and divestures
  • Participate in accounting and ownership set up, testing, and implementation
  • Collaborate with IT, Division Order and Product Supply
  • Participate in various Process Improvement Initiatives
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of training curriculum for PRA and Division Order personnel
  • Assist with ad hoc requests and special projects

Qualifications


Basic/Required:

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or national, or an alien admitted as a permanent resident, refugee or asylee
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Energy Management, Accounting, Finance, or foreign equivalent
  • 1+ years of direct experience as a business analyst

Preferred:

  • 1+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Beginner level of knowledge of various systems, current and prior: SAP PRA, SAP FI, Power BI, Spotfire, etc.
  • Beginner level of proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams
  • Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by holding others accountable, and standing up for what's right
  • Delivers positive results through realistic planning to accomplish goals
  • Builds effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical
