Summary for the Practice Management Coordinator
The Practice Management Coordinator is responsible for providing proactive administrative support to the Chief Practice Operations Officer, Directors of Practice Management, Practice Manager, Practice Management Specialists, and other department personnel as needed. The Practice Management team supports the strategic and profitable growth of the firm’s legal departments and practice groups. This role requires strong attention to detail as well as excellent technical, organizational, written and oral communication skills. The Practice Management Coordinator should maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality in all client and firm matters.
The Practice Management Coordinator position can be located in our Chicago, New York, Charlotte, Dallas, Los Angeles or Washington D.C. office. Katten offers a hybrid work model, allowing the flexibility to work both on-site and remotely on a regular basis (KattenFlex).

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
For the Los Angeles Century City office, the annualized salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
