Job Summary:

  • Perform tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for Senior Leadership.
  • Interface with internal and external customers to meet the needs of the facility.
  • Manage the flow of correspondence into the Senior Leadership office and ensure that it is responded to in a timely and professional way.
  • Partner with various departments to complete tasks/projects.
  • This is a 1st shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expense management duties, which includes submitting expense reports and receipts in a timely manner
  • Prepare budgeting, project scheduling, and statistical reports.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings for Senior Leadership.
  • Support with planning and execution of special events and senior leadership functions.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with key partners in other departments.
  • Prepare and set up conference room and equipment for meetings, including virtual setup.
  • Manage calendar/schedule of conference rooms and recreational area.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and/or ordering of supplies.
  • Work under minimal supervision to perform clerical activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Familiarity with digital collaboration tools and video/virtual conferencing platforms.

Additional Information:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
