• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Broad knowledge of drug, device and/or biologic development

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Primary Data Management (DM) contact for assigned clinical project(s)
• Oversee project data entry process and quality control
• Develop CRF specifications from the clinical study protocol
• Conduct database build UAT and maintain quality controlled database build documentation
• Review and query clinical trial data according to the Data Management Plan
• Perform medical coding of medical terms for logic and consistency
• Coordinate SAE/AE reconciliation
• Identify and troubleshoot operational problems and barriers for studies
• Participate in the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Education

• Bachelors and/or a combination of related experience
