My name is Brendan Ward and I am the CEO and founder of GrowToro.
I started my entrepreneurial journey by running lawn care services, a dog walking service, website development & literally any other hustle I could learn — it was a blast.
Fast forward 15+ years later... there was a consistent theme forming at every startup and company I'd been involved in: it was exceedingly hard to profitably grow, get great & consistent leads, acquire new customers, and build your online pipeline with really good prospects. Most people, like myself, could not afford to spend vast sums on traditional paid ads, so we had to scrap & innovate.
That's why we decided to build Growtoro - the most valuable growth service entrepreneurs and marketers could use to grow their businesses from anywhere.

Sellers, marketers, and partnership specialists use Growtoro to discover more prospects, customers, retailers, influencers, ambassadors, and affiliates in their market, connect with contacts, and establish a modern go-to-market strategy.
About the role:
As our Customer Success Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing, managing and
optimizing our internal and client email marketing campaigns. The success of our business
depends on you being able to organize campaigns, meet deadlines, diagnose, and resolve
issues, all while interfacing with users & clients, ensuring that they have an outstanding
customer experience.
This position requires a mix of resourcefulness, analytical thinking, time management, creative
problem-solving, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
You’ll be working closely with our CEO, clients, and other key stakeholders, focusing primarily
on campaign management, client satisfaction, and organizational oversight.
Success in this position will open you up to many new opportunities to take on new roles and
rapidly grow within the organization, asserting yourself as the most important person on our
team.
This is a Remote Role with 25 hours per week to start then elevated to full time after 3 months.
