About the role:

KO Storage is seeking a best-in-class Data Support Specialist to join our Revenue Management and IT departments. This critical role supports our continued growth and ensures the achievement of KO’s revenue growth strategy objectives. The Data Support Specialist will assist with data collection, processing, and analysis, as well as the cleaning, reporting, and management of data flows and data warehouses. Additionally, this role will identify areas for process improvement and contribute to tactical execution within KO’s revenue management operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills and a desire to learn and develop both professional and technical skills.

This is a Full-Time Remote position. We are looking for candidates who can work in the Central Daylight time zone.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to the Data team in their day-to-day responsibilities.
Updating and managing unit tiers for a 48,000 self-storage units portfolio for tiered-based pricing to ensure revenue maximization.
Daily monitoring and cleansing of market data across the entire portfolio.
Perform data collection and processing to transform data and prepare it for analysis.
Provide support in developing revenue forecasts and budgets based on market conditions, demand projections, and pricing strategies.
Conduct ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned by management to support strategic decision-making and business initiatives.
Help resolve errors/bugs in automation and reports as required.
Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
Write reports, emails, and other documentation to clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
Perform data entry and manually update reports and files.
Verify the accuracy of source data and perform manual audits as required.

Ability to analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Ability to effectively visualize data to gain business insights.
Ability to gather insights about issues that need resolution or processes that can be improved.
Accurate data entry and word processing skills.
Proficient with MS Excel.
Basic understanding of databases and schemas.
Basic knowledge of Python and SQL.
Basic knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and precision in data collection and analysis.
Ability to meet deadlines while working in an ambiguous environment on multiple projects concurrently.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Business Administration, IT, or a similar field is preferred.
Experience as a data or business analyst preferred.
