The Director of Aftermarket Sales is a strategic leader responsible for driving revenue growth in the aftermarket segment. This role involves strategic planning, overseeing sales operations, and developing relationships with key customers to expand our market share. The Director will work closely with the parts, service, and collision departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and motivate the aftermarket sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and training to succeed.
· Develop and implement aftermarket sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
· Collaborate with the marketing department to create effective promotions that align with the strategic growth plans.
· Support Dealership Aftermarket Sales Manager in achieving sales objectives.
· Convey and reinforce PTG O.N.E. (One Network Executing) by promoting a unified approach to achieving business goals across all departments.
Qualifications:
· Proven leadership in aftermarket sales within a dealership environment.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
· Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
About the Role: As the Director of Aftermarket Sales, you will be at the forefront of PTG's commitment to operational excellence and customer experience. You will play a crucial role in reinforcing the PTG O.N.E. culture, driving parts, service, and collision department sales performance, and achieving dealership and company financial objectives through strategic leadership.
Travel
Travel is required for this position. Percentage expected to be 75% and may vary based on the actual requirements specific to the role and location of the position. This position is expected to travel to other locations/dealerships or for meetings.
Required Education and Experience
BS/BA degree and 6+ years of progressive customer service experience
Preferred Education and Experience
Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred
