You’ll achieve this by connecting merchandisers to our organizational culture and equipping them with the necessary resources to meet client objectives within retail stores. Drawing from your extensive merchandising experience across various retailers, you’ll impart that knowledge to merchandisers in your assigned coverage area. This includes tasks such as resets, ensuring POG (Planogram) compliance, and facilitating new item cut ins.Your proactive and positive approach will shine through as you conduct store audits, collaborating closely with both your manager and fellow merchandisers—whether in person or over the phone. Your primary focus will be training merchandisers to execute their tasks with 100% compliance, while fostering strong relationships with store personnel.
