About the Role

The PrePass Program Management team is seeking a Technical Program Manager to help expand our commercial vehicle safety program into a market leader. The ideal candidate is a strong team player who excels in collaborating with customers, operational teams, and technical development teams. This position is headquartered at our corporate office in Downtown Phoenix. While we prefer Arizona-based candidates for close collaboration, we welcome exceptional remote applicants who can seamlessly contribute to our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the technical aspects of business, sales, solution delivery, and development processes related to specific SaaS offerings.
  • Document requirements, manage pricing models, generate statements of work/pricing proposals, respond to RFPs, and translate technical solutions into business terms for customers.
  • Manage vendor relationships and processes.
  • Analyze QA processes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and product teams.
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for the business team.
  • Oversee solution delivery, analyze service delivery and performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Review and test new product features from the customer’s perspective.
  • Participate in the problem management process.
  • Attend industry and customer events to foster business relationships.
  • Conduct market research and gather voice-of-customer (VOC) insights to evolve offerings.
  • Interface with customers, gather and analyze solution requirements, and propose optimal solutions.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Technical Program Manager.
  • Strong situational awareness, interpersonal, technical, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into business terminology.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong solution demonstration and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 25% - 35%.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency with Smartsheet.
  • Experience in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS).
  • Experience working in Business-to-Government (B2G) environments.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
  • Experience responding to technical requests for proposals in a solutions-oriented manner.
