We are seeking an experienced and strategic Grants & Partnerships Manager to lead our efforts in securing funding, managing proposals, creating budgets, and building valuable partnerships to scale our impact globally. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Prepr’s innovative workforce development programs, by crafting compelling proposals, driving financial sustainability, and fostering collaborative relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Research and identify relevant funding opportunities from government agencies, foundations, corporate sponsors, and international organizations.
- Develop well-researched, compelling grant proposals and funding applications that align with Prepr’s mission to deliver scalable and adaptable learning solutions.
- Collaborate with the leadership team, including project managers and technical experts, to gather the necessary information and insights to strengthen proposals.
- Track and report on funding progress, maintaining proactive and clear communication with stakeholders and funders.
- Prepare accurate and detailed budgets for grant proposals and project initiatives, ensuring they align with funder guidelines and Prepr’s strategic goals.
- Monitor and report on grant expenditures to ensure compliance and optimize financial resources.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key partners, including government agencies, corporations, industry associations, and community organizations.
- Contribute to developing strategies to diversify funding streams and drive global partnership growth.
What Success Looks Like:
- 30 Days:
- You’ll know the ins and outs of how our programs, platform, and internal processes work.
- Review ongoing grants, partnerships, and current proposals to understand active projects.
- Begin familiarizing yourself with the funding landscape and partnership strategies.
- 60 Days:
- You’ll conduct a comprehensive review of current funding and partnership initiatives.
- Start developing a grant and partnership strategy that aligns with Prepr’s objectives, focusing on short-term wins.
- Establish relationships with key partners and stakeholders to better understand their needs and how Prepr can support them.
- 90 Days:
- Develop and submit at least two grant applications or partnership proposals to strategic funding opportunities.
- Establish a clear budget management and tracking process in collaboration with the finance team.
- Create and present a report on early achievements, including progress on submitted proposals and established partnerships.
- Outline a strategic plan for expanding Prepr’s reach, scaling B2B business, and growing global partnerships.

- At least 3-5 years of experience in grant writing, budget management and partnership development (ideally within a non-profit or social enterprise context)
- Ability to work in a technology heavy environment and learn new tools and platforms quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Integrity, attention to detail, and outstanding work ethic
Bonus Points If You:
- Have education in Business, Non-Profit Management, Communications, or a related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred)
- Are you familiar with or have experience with the AGILE methodology
- Have worked in a scaling start-up or growing small-business environment
- $60,000-$75,000/year based on experience
