What You'll Contribute

Responsible for presentation design, direction, and production along with excellent creative skills and have an innovative spirit.

Handle a large workload of presentation requests from across the company ranging from simple QA to full ideation to design to production.

Interface with executive leadership and sales teams on external presentations for board meetings and client facing meetings.

Conceptualize ideas graphically with minimal instruction - it is critical that the candidate can keep up with fast paced work with short deadlines.

Upleveling our company presentations internally and externally across all fronts including events, sales and marketing, trainings, client meetings, board meetings, product launches, internal communications.

Prepare and manage presentations in PowerPoint – bonus points for motion graphics experience.

Think strategically about how information is organized and communicated.

Research and collect imagery to support presentations and designs.

Adhere to production schedule to ensure on-time, on-strategy, high-quality deliverables.

Organize and maintain project files.
What We're Seeking
-
Ability to write in Spanish and/or Portuguese to work closely with NorAm and LAC teams.

Proficient in Adobe CC applications, PowerPoint and Keynote.

Strong experience with general design and presentation design in particular - someone that can raise the bar, show us what’s possible, with the ability to deliver, communicate, and influence.

Possess a strong ability to source fantastic imagery and bring it to life in a presentation.

Storytelling ability - someone that can propose and advocate new ideas and stand behind their design choices.

Create a unified look with branding and design while emphasizing a modern and contemporary feel and design.

Presentation animation/motion design is required and print design skills a plus.

A team player who can work with the extended Creative and Digital teams and help train or mentor other designers.

Submit a creative portfolio and provide client reference showcasing talents and accomplishments.

The targeted base pay range for this role is: $63,000 to $99,000 with this range reflecting differences in candidate knowledge, skills and experience.
