Staff Software Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to enhance our analytics platform with a focus on performance, security, and scalability. Key responsibilities include:

• Analytics Enhancement: Refine our engine for deeper insights from patient records using advanced statistical methods.
• Performance Optimization: Improve data calculations, transmission, and storage for better pipeline efficiency.
• Architecture Refactoring: Make our system more maintainable, testable, and cost-effective.
• Testing Framework Development: Integrate a regression testing framework to ensure reliability.

• 12-15+ years in full-stack development, with a focus on backend and cloud solutions.
• Proficient in Python, Node.js (for AWS Lambda), and React.
• Strong experience with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, Amplify, Cognito, Step Functions, CDK).
• Familiar with ETL/ELT processes, tools like AirFlow and dbt, and databases (Postgres, DynamoDB, Snowflake).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven problem-solving and collaboration skills in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in health tech, especially hospital billing systems, is a plus.
