We are seeking an experienced Pricing Analyst to join our growing team! The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the analytical work to improve network relationships and maximize patient savings.

They will partner with the Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams to provide action-oriented analyses and recommendations that lead to effective and efficient tracking of pricing accuracy and pricing improvements.

Responsibilites:

    • Build and manage actionable pricing insights to continually optimize customer pricing
    • Support provider strategic pricing, deals and RFPs through analytics combined with market insights aligned to strategic goals and imperatives
    • Ensure ongoing effectiveness of pricing strategy by analyzing competitor pricing, market penetration and win rate analysis. Monitor compliance and optimize pricing strategy through process control and analysis
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed
    • Track lead Key Performance Indicators that are optimal for actionable and effective tactics for channel stakeholders

Skills & Qualifications

    • Minimum of 2+ years of related experience, and a Bachelor’s degree; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work related to business analytics
    • Retail pharma/healthcare experience preferred
    • SQL and excel proficiency
    • Experience working with Power BI or Looker (preferred)
    • Cross- functional partnership skills
    • Ability to leverage real data and capitalize on business trends and opportunities
    • Demonstrated experience with operational process improvement and implementation
    • Business optimization and healthcare experience
    • Expert analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Strong quantitative skills
$65,000 - $102,000 a year
