Bilingual Dispatcher

Bilingual Dispatcher needed immediately for family owned, full service residential & commercial specialty, mechanical maintenance company in Boca Raton!Our chosen Bilingual Dispatcher, will be required to work in the office, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:30pm w/ 1 hour lunch.Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate scheduling and assignments for up to 40 field technicians- Respond to emergency calls and assign appropriate technicians- Dispatch technicians to perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections- Maintain accurate records of work orders, timesheets, and job progress- Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, delays, or other issuesSkills Required:- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Proficiency with Microsoft office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressureCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $20.00 Per Hour
