Job Title: Commercial Property ManagerCompany/Industry: Well-established commercial real estate developerLocation: Farmingdale, NYSalary: $85-120K/yr Commensurate with experience + benefitsStatus: Direct hire, FT, On-SiteWhat You’ll Do:• Provide excellent service to commercial real estate customers through company’s core values.• Respond to tenant requests/problems in a timely and courteous manner and generate work orders directed to vendors or maintenance staff.• Conduct periodic inspections of the commercial property and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with leases and the proper upkeep of the property.• Ensure that property and lease files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with company policy.• Prepare and maintain appropriate tenant lease files, records, correspondence and file notes.• Become proficient with the Yardi Property management software• Track tenant lease expirations, plan for move-outs/renewals as required.• Coordinate tenant move-ins/move-outs.• Approve and/or obtain estimates/bids for repairs at the property.• Travel as needed.Who You Are:• Strong working knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; Yardi experience a plus• 5+ years of direct Commercial Property Management required• Excellent people skills.Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 Per Year
