Treasury Analyst

Our large, privately held healthcare client is hiring a new Treasury Analyst due to growth!This role will mentor team members and review their daily activities, along with handling cash management, bank relationships, forecasting, and more!Salary: $75,000-$90,000 and offers a mostly remote schedule (local candidate required for occasional meetings onsite).Responsibilities:• Manage new account setups, bank account transitions, and closings• Daily cash management and forecasting for JV and managed accounts• Manage the intercompany process• Maintain and manage financial institution relationships• Oversee and manage Letters of Credit process• Assist with the development of forecasting• Execute reporting for Management• Manage fraud prevention services; approve daily check and ACH positive pay• Update accounts in Treasury Management System and utilize system for reporting, cash positioning and forecasting• Recommend and implement Treasury process improvements as needed• Develop and maintain documentation for all key procedures and responsibilities• Uphold current treasury management standards and compliance requirementsQualifications• 2+ years of combined experience in Treasury, Commercial Banking• Treasury Management System experience preferred• Bachelor’s degree, in a finance, accounting, or related field preferred• Proficient in Excel with V Look-ups and Pivot Tables• Displays assurance and a high level of professionalism when interacting with senior executives and banking partners• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize to meet critical deadlines• Commitment to the highest standards of customer service, external and internal• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $75,000.00 - $90,000.00
