Primark is seeking an Operations Support professional to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. As part of our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our stores... distribution centers, and corporate offices. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you! Ensure the smooth functioning of all retail operations for Primark. Work closely with store managers, distribution center managers, and corporate office teams to identify and address any operational issues. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure all operational processes are executed accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with various departments and teams to implement and maintain operational procedures and standards. Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and productivity. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on operational processes and address any concerns or issues. Train and support team members on operational procedures and protocols to ensure consistency and adherence to company standards. Assist in the development and implementation of new operational initiatives and strategies. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand and minimize stock loss. Act as a point of contact for operational inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses. Continuously monitor and evaluate operational processes to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to operations. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Primark to customers, suppliers, and team members. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to make recommendations for improvements to operational processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers. Primark is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
