POSITION SUMMARY
The Operations Reporting Manager will be a key player in ensuring the continuous improvement and operational efficiency of our US Distribution Center and Customer Experience teams. This individual will play a critical role in providing data-driven insights and reports, enabling us to meet operational goals and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving e-commerce environment. This position involves not just reporting insights, but the ability to learn our specific processes and systems deeply to connect the dots across our Operations. The role will involve working closely with various departments to gather, process, and transform information into meaningful insights that drive performance, strategy, and decision-making.
IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR OPERATIONS REPORTING MANAGER:
-Develop, manage, and automate reporting processes for key operational metrics/KPIs for the Operations teams and ensure that the reporting cadence allows the Operations teams to make timely, actionable decisions.
-Deliver insights and recommendations to leadership that improve operational performance.
-Create and maintain dashboards and reports that track critical metrics such as Inbound, Outbound, Inventory, Returns, Parcel, Quality Control, UPH, CPU, Customer Experience SLAs, and more.
-Implement real-time performance monitoring to enable faster reaction times to operational changes.
-Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Customer Experience, Distribution, etc) to streamline data processes and ensure consistent reporting standards.
-Learn all operational processes deeply and propose scalable solutions that will automate manual reporting, improve efficiencies, and drive long-term success.
-Own the quality, accuracy, and relevance of data in all reporting.
-Utilize the system knowledge to help connect the dots for other stakeholders, ensuring that data and reports not only provide numbers but tell the story behind the numbers.
COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Operations, Data Science, or a related field.
-5+ years of experience in operations, reporting, or reporting and insights, with an emphasis on improving operational processes.
-Proficiency in data analytics tools a plus (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
-Strong understanding of distribution center operations (ecommerce experience a plus).
-Ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven experience with automating reporting processes to improve efficiency.
SALARY BANDING: 80-92k
