POSITION SUMMARY


This Regional Manager role will offer the opportunity to lead and grow retail stores at Princess Polly from the ground level up!  We are looking for an experienced leader who desires the challenge of a fast growing business and will be accountable for creating a highly productive environment in which customers have a fun and memorable experience, employees are motivated to do their best and the business thrives. The Regional Manager will also understand the importance of engaging with and building the Princess Polly community through our retail locations and will partner with the Marketing team to design and facilitate local events and activations. 


IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR RETAIL REGIONAL MANAGER:


-You will own the store performance: Meet and exceed revenue targets in your region by looking ahead at targets, revenue drivers, and KPIs, and develop short and long-term sales strategies, partnering with marketing

-Utilize your visual merchandising skills by partnering with Product & Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and standards are being upheld in each Princess Polly store within your region including windows, displays and fixtures.

-You will support Store Managers on all things staffing, payroll, and scheduling and manage their overall performance to help them develop as leaders

-You will continuously track and update regional P&L; find opportunities for cost savings and profit driving.

-You will ensure store standards are maintained, including but not limited to: merchandising visuals, marketing, cleanliness, appropriate inventory levels, backroom organization and cleanliness, safety in accordance with Company operating policies and procedures.

-You will act as a liaison between HQ and Princess Polly retail stores through regular communications; own the two-way feedback loop to continuously improve the business and team experience.

-You will create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment and culture by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a positive and engaging experience for team members and guests.


COMMERCIAL AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

-3+ years in multi-unit retail leadership

-Ability to travel up to 75%

-Extensive experience with P&L, POS & CRM.

-Expertise in human resources, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and performance management.

-Availability must reflect the needs of the business - this schedule will include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

-An obsessive approach to elevating the customer experience and commitment to taking every opportunity to over-deliver.

-Ability to build and maintain relationships, solicit cooperation, and achieve results through collaboration while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

-You act like an owner: if something isn’t working, you fix it and you constantly find ways to improve the business by taking feedback from the team and customers and translating it into action items.


SALARY BANDING: 125-175k
