Food Service Worker Experience:

• Six months in a commercial or institutional food service setting (Preferred, not required)

Residential/Retail Food Service Worker Experience:

• One year's experience as a Food Service Worker or equivalent in culinary training.

Cook Experience:

• Two or more years as a cook or the equivalent in the food service industry
• Must be an accomplished cook and have a basic knowledge of food and supply systems
