Principal Application Analyst (Oracle OPM & SCM)

Overview:

• Engage with global multi-functional business teams to analyze enhancement requests and communicate with the development team
• Work on Projects/Tasks that focus on Herbalife’s Plan to Build (PTB), Build to Deploy processes including, but not limited to Order Management, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Manufacturing Execution System, SCADA etc.
• Proficient in software development lifecycles namely Waterfall and Agile and AIM Methodology.
• Perform analysis to understand business requirements and guide ERP development team in proposed solution.
• Responsible for Analysis and functional testing application software across production support, enhancements and projects.
• Understand the key integration points, work multi-functionally across different business processes, and understand challenges faced by business teams.
• Meet service level agreements for production support response and resolution. Solve issues, find their root cause, and any necessary corrective actions to resolve them permanently
• Serve as a mentor to junior and mid level Application Analysts.
• Demonstrable ability to define customer requirements, good interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Follow documentation, software development methodology, version control and testing, and migration standards.
• Develops a collaborative environment that champions collaboration and builds knowledge repository for future use.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and complete tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Ability to lead meetings, setup agendas and coordinate with different collaborators.

Qualifications:

• Excellent Functional skills on Oracle EBS R12.x in SCM, Manufacturing and Costing.
• Experience with Oracle Process Manufacturing implementation, support, and customization.
• Experience with configuration, testing, implementation of OPM modules like Production Execution, Formulator, Process Engineer, Process Costing, Inventory Management, OM etc.
• Experience with design of custom web applications in Oracle Fusion using ADF/Angular/React.
• Ability to draft MD-50, BR100, RD50 for the projects/initiatives.
• Hands on experience of working in a manufacturing floor environment to support the business preferably in process industry -MES and SCADA.
• Ability to write and complete SQL queries and understand PL/SQL APIs
• Experience with developing and supporting warehouse management, barcode and scanning systems (Oracle WMS, MSCA, Label Printing solutions).
• Proven understanding of relational databases (including tables, views, indexes, table spaces etc.)
• Proven understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and the translation of business requirements into them.
• Hands-on software experience and Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products including Quality Management applications
• Experience with organizational change tools and processes, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking and release management.
• Ability to identify system impact for small- and large-scale initiatives
• Coordinate migrations/implementation of changes between the different Oracle Application environments (i.e., Development, Test, and Production).
• Self-managing: well organized, with strong multi-tasking and time management skills; maintains attention to detail and work independently in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

• 6+ years of experience in IT/Technology.
• 6+ years of experience in implementing Oracle EBS R12.x with OPM.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL queries and understanding Oracle Application APIs
• 5+ years of demonstrated skill in preparation and maintenance of implementation documents, test cases, Project Lifecycle experience in an ERP (Oracle) environment is a must, including knowledge in using Oracle Application Object Library (AOL/FND).
• Understanding of cloud applications like AWS, Oracle Cloud or Azure.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in related field
