What to expect

• Innovation Process Pioneer: You are part of the new Corporate Innovation Team. You are responsible for building and implementing a new strategic E2E corporate innovation process and for the continuous development within the overall organization.
• Trendscout: You are responsible for building our new Trendscouting tool while ensuring knowledge transfer on relevant developments across the company through smart processes and formats.
• Networker: You coordinate internal and external partners during the different phases of the innovation process, and you are responsible for an effective stakeholder communication.
• Change Maker: You actively and strategically drive an inclusive innovation culture, working closely with interface areas such as DE&I, culture and business.

What you bring

• University degree, ideally in business/technology related fields.
• At least 6 years of professional experience including leadership responsibility.
• You are a proven expert on innovation processes, digital transformation and strategy and have already successfully implemented projects in a start-up, VC and/or corporate environment.
• You are a team player, can motivate others and communicate clearly and empathically.
• You bring a lot of curiosity and a visionary and entrepreneurial mind set.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics in an understandable way at all levels of the company and to external partners.
• Spanish skills are a plus.
