What You'll DoIn our Non-Qualified Operations area, this role develops deep relationships with advisors, plan sponsors, and third-party administrators on their non-qualified plan options. This role is the strategic partner to our clients and advisors to provide creative solutions that meet business goals of retention, growth, and retirement readiness to name a few.Here are few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:• Collaborate with the plan sponsor and the advisor on non-qualified plan options, services, and new opportunities.• Plan level health reviews.• Problem solving advanced issues.We take pride in being a purpose-led firm, motivated by our mission to make financial security accessible to all. Apply today!Who You Are• Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent experience required• 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: relationship management, sales, client services, consulting, product, project/program management• Non Qualified (NQ) Plan knowledge strongly preferred (Company Owned Life Insurance (COLI), NQ Record Keeping, NQ Trust Experience, 457, Supplemental Employee Retirement Plans (SERP))• Excellent demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills required, as well as analytical, oral and written communication skills• Must be assertive and entrepreneurial• Travel required - 50% approx (day and overnight trips)Licensing will be required based on state/federal laws and/or company policy in accordance with current licensing policy. The below licenses are required within 6 months of employment:• Successful Registration as an Investment Company Products/Variable contracts Limited Representative (FINRA Series 6 or equivalent and FINRA Series 63).• Resident Life and Health appointment must be attained.Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)$77400 - $182400 / yearTime Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
