Job Brief

Mindtickle is looking for a Product Manager to drive the development of Mindtickle’s Revenue Productivity platform. You will work with revenue leaders across industries and internal teams to bring to fruition a platform that surfaces critical execution insights that inform GTM decision-making frameworks for top brands across the globe. You'll partner closely with our R&D teams to deliver capabilities and with our go-to-market teams to promote the product.

Role and Responsibilities

Own an application that aggregates the absolute power of all of Mindtickle’s offerings.
Engage with users to understand their needs and translate them into compelling solutions.
Understand Product & GTM strategy, market direction, competitive landscape, and customer need to build the Product Roadmap.
Partner with Go-to-Market teams and Services teams to maximize the product's impact on both customers and our business.
Collaborate with design, engineering, program management, and QA closely to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of the products.

Required Skills and Experience

8+ years of work experience as a Product Manager with 4 years in the SaaS industry.
Must have demonstrable experience in working with large sets of unstructured data and leveraging AI/ML models to glean insights and recommendations.
Experience building analytics products and data platforms preferred.
A big plus is a good understanding of the sales personas, processes, and technology stack (CRM & surrounding ecosystem).
Exceptionally astute at identifying users’ pain points and needs, connecting the dots, and coming up with strategic solutions.
Highly creative individual with a strong desire to innovate. Be open to driving change and challenge the status quo.
Strong communication skills and ability to translate uncertainty and ambiguity into clear, crisp plans.
Passion to drive things end-to-end from ideation to final packaging and deployment.
A strong team player with the ability to build cross-team partnerships and strategic alignment; and to influence without direct authority. Ability to effortlessly communicate with a global audience.
