Position Overview:

Mindtickle is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of its Revenue Productivity platform. In this role, you will collaborate with revenue leaders across various industries and internal teams to create a platform that provides valuable insights to business leaders for making GTM (Go-to-Market) decisions. Your work will impact top global brands, and you will closely partner with R&D teams to deliver new capabilities and collaborate with GTM teams to promote the product.

Position Responsibilities:

Take ownership of an application that aggregated the absolute power of all Mindtickle’s offerings.
Engage with users to understand their needs and translate them into compelling solutions.
Gain a deep understanding of product and GTM strategy, market trends, competition, and customer requirements to develop the product roadmap.
Collaborate with GTM and services teams to maximize the product's impact on customers and the business.
Work closely with design, engineering, program management, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
Define and analyze metrics to measure the success of the products.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 4 years in the SaaS industry.
Strong knowledge of sales personas, processes, and the technology stack, including CRM systems and related tools.
Experience in building analytics products and data platforms is preferred.
Demonstrated experience working with large sets of unstructured data and leveraging AI/ML models to extract insights and recommendations is a significant advantage.
Excellent ability to identify user pain points, understand their needs, and develop strategic solutions.
Highly innovative and open to driving change and challenging the status quo.
Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts into clear plans and communicate with a global audience. A collaborative team player with the ability to build partnerships and influence across teams, even without direct authority.
