Position Overview:

Mindtickle is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of its Revenue Productivity platform. In this role, you will collaborate with revenue leaders across various industries and internal teams to create a platform that provides valuable insights to business leaders for making GTM (Go-to-Market) decisions. Your work will impact top global brands, and you will closely partner with R&D teams to deliver new capabilities and collaborate with GTM teams to promote the product.

Position Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership of an application that aggregated the absolute power of all Mindtickle’s offerings.
    • Engage with users to understand their needs and translate them into compelling solutions.
    • Gain a deep understanding of product and GTM strategy, market trends, competition, and customer requirements to develop the product roadmap.
    • Collaborate with GTM and services teams to maximize the product's impact on customers and the business.
    • Work closely with design, engineering, program management, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution.
    • Define and analyze metrics to measure the success of the products.

Required Skills and Experience:

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Product Manager, with at least 4 years in the SaaS industry.
    • Strong knowledge of sales personas, processes, and the technology stack, including CRM systems and related tools.
    • Experience in building analytics products and data platforms is preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience working with large sets of unstructured data and leveraging AI/ML models to extract insights and recommendations is a significant advantage.
    • Excellent ability to identify user pain points, understand their needs, and develop strategic solutions.
    • Highly innovative and open to driving change and challenging the status quo.
    • Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts into clear plans and communicate with a global audience. A collaborative team player with the ability to build partnerships and influence across teams, even without direct authority.
