Job Description
We are looking for a candidate with experience in print and related mediums, is alert on industry trends, and can navigate through multiple stakeholders. This producer must thrive in a fast-paced creative environment and be familiar with various production techniques. This producer will be responsible for delivering a variety of print collateral, OOH, POS, asset generation, as well as digitally formatted assets.
As a Print Producer, you will work closely with Creatives and Production Teams to create best in class creative for collateral, content, OOH, and national campaigns that are all within scope, schedule, and budget.
Roles and Responsibilities include:

Manage and produce various print and digital campaigns for our Client
-
Work closely with all internal team disciplines to execute projects (Creative, Account, Media, Art Production, Project Management, Digital Asset Management, Product Information, Strategy)

Work with project leads and provide appropriate strategic thinking in all phases of business, client, and project development

Direct digital efforts through budgeting, scheduling, routing, proof reviews, final creative editing, and asset delivery

Consistently work with the account team to manage client expectations

Work with Creative leads to deliver and execute top-level creative campaign deliverables, all within budget and schedule

Identify and leverage technology as needed to meet project objectives

Create estimates, purchase orders, reconcile and approve invoices, track, and manage project budget

Create, distribute, and archive project assets and documents
-
Educate new team members including Account, Project Management, and other departments on processes, methodology tactics and skills

Responsible for keeping accurate timesheets and submitting them in a timely manner

Schedule and host project internal, partner and Client meetings
-
Adhere to company policies and procedures
-
Actively provide status updates for management
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Success for this position is measured by:

Successfully manage national campaigns and collateral projects with low to high levels of difficulty

Working with "Out of the Box" Print/Paper ideas

Prioritize workload, while remaining accountable daily to multiple project leads

Lead and inspire by communicating a vision for the project as well as involving people at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilization

Contribution to production teams for improving processes and solutions

Develop new skillsets as assignments and industry evolves

Maintain knowledge and skills around technical and production disciplines
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 3 – 5 years previous experience working on or managing full print projects. A BA or BS degree from accredited 4-year institution, business, marketing, communications, or related degree preferred. Previous agency experience required, working with large automotive clients preferred.

Demonstrated experience running large projects

In depth experiences in photographic and color retouching

Familiarity with core project management skills & tools (e.g. project initiation, budgeting, scheduling, scoping, resource, issue management)

Prior experience as a print producer or directly related experience

Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Ability to lead and develop long-term and multi-scenario plans

Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smart Sheets, and online proofing systems

Communicate effectively internally and externally

Compensation Range: $64,500.00 - $101,500.00 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
