Responsibilities

Assist the team with preparing client meetings

Collecting, organizing and entering client information in our systems

Completing practice and client-specific projects as needed

Communicating with external business partners and clients
Qualified candidate must have or be able to demonstrate:-

Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications-
A genuine interest in the financial services industry.

Be actively pursuing a degree, preferably in business, finance, accounting or other relevant degree program. However, liberal arts majors are also encouraged to apply.
- Be achieving a minimum 3.0 out of 4.0 GPA and continue to achieve at a high level in your schooling while working.
- Extensive knowledge and use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
There are multiple career progression opportunities within the practice including becoming a financial advisor or leading our marketing and client relationship areas.

The practice has worked almost entirely remote for two years through the utilization of Microsoft Teams video conferencing software and currently works across time zones with multiple team members. Our success in working remotely allows for us to consider candidates who do not reside in Chicago as well. Candidates are however required to reside within the United States.
