Our financial institutions team is growing, and we're looking for a Marketing Manager to help ideate and take charge of our marketing, branding, and go-to-market initiatives. As the company is a start-up, this role is somewhat undefined and we are more focused on finding someone with a specific attitude and skill set rather than a particular resume or current title. We're seeking someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, curious, and who has the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office role, five days a week, with some travel involved. It offers significant opportunities for growth and quick promotion as you develop and implement strategies that engage credit unions, community banks, and their members.

ABOUT THIS ROLE
As part of the role, you'll collaborate closely with executives, work across branding and partner marketing, oversee social media, test different messaging, and participate in on-site training and client engagement among other things. You will play a critical role in developing, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies for both B2B and B2B2C channels.
