Delivery Manager

ProArch is on the lookout for a skilled Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution and delivery of projects across various domains. As a Delivery Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to drive project success while maintaining a keen focus on operational efficiency. Your key responsibility will be to oversee day-to-day delivery activities, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and implement strategies that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage resource forecasting and create capacity plans to optimize available resources for projects.
• Maintain up-to-date status reports for ongoing projects, identifying key milestones and performance metrics.
• Support the Delivery Head in strategy execution and departmental oversight.
• Prepare detailed presentations to showcase project progress and value to senior management.
• Enhance resource efficiency and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Organize stakeholder meetings and manage communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Provide administrative support and record minutes during team meetings.
• Liaise with clients to clarify project objectives and expectations.
• Oversee financial queries and support performance assessments for team members.
• Collaborate with architectural teams to address technical challenges faced by the project teams.
• Develop scorecards to present team health and productivity snapshots.
• Seek opportunities to enhance resource efficiency and reduce operational costs
• Implement processes aimed at proactively identifying and surfacing potential problems.
• Collaborate with technical advisory committees to support team development needs
• Partner with architecture groups to resolve technical challenges faced by project teams.
• Develop and present scorecards reflecting team health and productivity.
• Design and implement processes that proactively identify and resolve issues.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience managing teams of 15+ members across multiple projects.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong presentation and organizational abilities.
• A meticulous attention to detail.
• A collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills, must be approachable and supportive of team members.
• Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies or other relevant project management frameworks.
