Responsibilities

We are seeking a Procedure Editor Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and clarity of our organization's procedures as well as supporting system management. The Procedure Editor Specialist will work closely with various teams to edit, review, and update procedures to ensure they are current, concise, and easy to understand.


For internal candidates only: This is a Business Support position, level B3.


Responsibilities:

  • Edit, review, and update procedures to ensure accuracy and clarity in a timely fashion
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure procedures are up-to-date and relevant
  • Ensure procedures comply with industry standards and regulations
  • Develop and maintain a procedure library to ensure accessibility and organization
  • Provide support and guidance to internal teams on procedure-related matters
  • Analyze current procedures and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure adherence to procedure change management processes
  • Conduct procedure training sessions for new and existing employees

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute or better
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent writing and editing skills
  • Strong computer skills with a background in systems and Microsoft office suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Experience with training and development of employees
  • Ability to work independently
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Experience with procedure management systems
