This position is responsible for Yield improvement, reduce TRT, reduce cost, reduce waste and recycling of solvents & improvement in the solvent recovery. GMP compliance, Yield improvement, process risks arising from scale or process changes, user trial for intermediates, supervises the work assigned to personnel.

1. Drive continuous improvement by leveraging Process Intensification technologies including flow chemistry to reduce cost, reduce waste, improve yield

2. Assess and manage process risks arising from scale or process changes

3. Study the process and recycling of solvents & improvement in the solvent recovery.

4. Responsible for utility calculation and optimized usage of utility systems.

5. Monitoring all aspects of the running products by analyzing process data.

6. Support Problem Solving when manufacturing issues arise.

7. Apply lean manufacturing techniques and tools, providing mentoring and training to production teams.

8. Improve Process safety by training plant personnel and working on safety improvement projects.
