We’re looking for a Product Manager, Resource Tracking to join Procore’s Resource Management Division. Procore's software solutions aim to improve the lives of everyone in construction and the people within Product & Technology are the driving force behind our innovative and top-rated global platform. We’re a customer-centric group that encompasses engineering, product, product design, data, security, and business systems.
In this role, you’ll be working to improve and scale Procore’s Resource Tracking solution. You’ll partner with other members of our core Product Management, UX, Design, and Engineering teams to define and execute a product roadmap. You will conduct customer and market feedback and translate those needs into a roadmap that improves customer satisfaction, adoption, and competitive positioning. You will engage in discussions around the future strategy for the product line and work closely with other senior members of the product management team to develop and define our longer-term direction, including how we ensure a world-class field experience for tracking labor & equipment resources.
This position reports to the Director of Product, Resource Management and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate daily with design and engineering teams to deliver value to customers
Talk with customers, synthesize customer feedback, market research, and quantitative data into actionable insights
Define and scope detailed requirements into user stories, and work to execute them alongside the team
Manage team’s release lifecycle, including launch and communication to key stakeholders such as support, marketing, and leadership
Contribute to strategy for product area in partnership with senior product team members
What we’re looking for:
B.A. or B.S. in relevant field or equivalent work experience
Strong communication skills and demonstrated initiative to drive change and results in a professional setting
1 - 3 years of experience building and delivering successful B2B SaaS products
Experience working with engineering and design team members in a fast-paced, agile environment
Passion for end-user experience and seeking a deep understanding of end-user problems as well as competitive and market trends in the construction space
Experience defining user stories, structured requirements and specifications, and managing betas
Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with other product teams and stakeholders to collect feedback and influence
Base Pay Range $134,800 - $185,350. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
