This is an exciting and dynamic role in which you will ensure critical digital applications and infrastructure at the site are running smoothly, with the proper resilience in place, and are fully complaint and secure. You will also be empowered to drive continuous improvements while building your supply chain experience, gaining deep IT mastery, and applying that mastery to accelerate your site’s digital journey.Responsibilities• Drive operational excellence at the site. Work with a multi-functional team to ensure any system or infrastructure issues are timely communicated and fixed ~ 25% Capacity• Responsible for ensuring strong digital stewardship and IT Controls - Audits Ready Every Day ~ 50% capacity• Lead and deliver new value for the site and / or category ~ 25% capacityRequiredJob Qualifications• Degree: Undergraduate qualifications or relevant professional experience in respective technical area.• IT operations: Proven experience in IT operations or a related role. Incident management/Change management/Problem management.• IT Systems: Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.• Integrated Risk Management: Understanding of IT compliance, governance and risk management.• Project Management: Ability to successfully deliver small to medium projects with excellent collaboration and discipline.• Collaboration/stakeholder management: Ability to work effectively with a multifunctional team at the site, and broader teams across., to deliver operational excellence for the site.• Leadership: Self-starter.
