Job Description:

Factor_ a brand of HelloFresh is seeking a Procurement Buyer to work directly with the purchasing manager to ensure food buying across the organization is tracked and managed efficiently.

You will...

Own weekly purchasing activities for a variety of food or packaging Stock Keeping Units (SKUs), ensuring the right product is at the right place at the right time
Partner with multiple distribution centers, warehouse locations, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and inventories match demand requirements
Own operational relationships with a dynamic network of suppliers and vendors, holding suppliers accountable to on-time delivery and excellent quality
Manage key weekly operations processes including placing POs, tracking freight, managing production issues, paying invoices, analyzing data and managing inventory and capacity levels
Resolve any unforeseen problems with suppliers relating to operations, purchasing or quality/performance quickly and professionally
Drive cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and testing new processes and implementing positive change
Work alongside a driven, fast-paced team to continue building, growing, and improving our processes and capabilities
